1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the FinTick website (fintick.in) and its accompanying applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue using our calculators and services.

2. Permitted Use & Mathematical Tools

FinTick provides free quantitative computation tools to estimate transaction charges, brokerage, securities transaction tax (STT), capital gains tax liabilities, and payoff outcomes. You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use these tools for your individual trading evaluations.

You agree not to scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or launch automated systems that place unreasonable loads on our infrastructure.

3. Broker Trademarks & Nominative Fair Use

References to third-party registered stockbrokers (including but not limited to Zerodha, Groww, Angel One, Upstox, ICICI Direct, HDFC Sky, and Dhan) are displayed strictly for comparative and informative purposes under nominative fair use.

All respective broker logos, trademarks, and trade names are the intellectual property of their respective owners. FinTick is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any registered brokerage firm.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software, calculators, data feeds, and schedules are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to maintain complete mathematical accuracy and sync with SEBI/NSE schedules, FinTick does not warrant that calculations are error-free, uninterrupted, or reflective of live market execution slippages.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising in connection with this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or replace these terms at our sole discretion. Any revisions will be published on this page with an updated timestamp.
